Amazing! I am over 60 and suffer from chronic muscle pain. I avoid prescription medications and even OTC NSAIDs. I take turmeric, which helps somewhat, and then discovered elderberry. Since starting the elderberry syrup, my muscle discomfort has significantly decreased. I can get out of bed with only slight joint pain, while my muscle pain is nearly gone. I’ve learnt that elderberry has considerable benefits, and my nurse friend agrees it’s wonderful. I take a teaspoon in the morning and another at night, and the taste is lovely and fruity.
